Where are sessions held? Many of my clients work with me over Skype and the phone and if necessary I can see clients personally in North Yorkshire. Many of my clients have had great success with sessions being conducted over the phone, throughout the world using Skype.
What happens in each session? Every client is different with differing needs so I will discuss your specific objectives in advance and we agree your desired outcomes.
How long do sessions last? Typically they last either 30 minutes or 60 minutes
How many sessions does a client need? I do both full programmes or single sessions. Generally for Hypnosis and EMDR, clients attend for 2-3 sessions but this is dependant on desired outcomes and can be extended as necessary. Change can be rapid and it is essential that you are ready for the results. Many clients experience change so quickly that they follow this with a quarterly review to support long term change.
Can you deal with other emotional problems and habits, such as Eating Disorders, Drug Abuse, Smoking, Phobias? Yes I can , I am Coach and a Master Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis, and a full member of the BSCH as well as a Cognitive Behaviour therapist and an Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
I assess all clients on the first contact to establish if I can work with you and I never take on clients until I am confident that I can help you because I offer a full no change, no charge policy.
What does it cost? A 30 minute session costs £47.50, the first session is generally an hour at £95.
A block booking of 3 or more Coaching sessions will receive a 10% discount.
