This programme is aimed at building your emotional intelligence.
Research shows that in the world of work, over 80% of top business performers are known to be high in self-awareness, which means they are more likely to pursue opportunities, be more productive and prevent emotions from holding them back in life. Developing your emotional intelligence can give direct results to increase learning, improve relationships at home, work, develop greater focus, and reduce lethargy.
The following outlines the sessions offered to you through the Online Coaching package. If we have already met then you won’t receive the first two modules but will go straight into the content.

About You:This will enable me as your coach to get to know you and to tailor suitable interactive sessions for you.
Ability To Cope With Stress:This will give you some key information to consider and look at with regard to managing your stress. Stress is one of the biggest hidden killers in the world and the earlier you start managing it, the better it is for you in the long term.
Ability To Manage Emotions:Tackling those feelings of anger and emotional outbursts are really important in everyone because it is the one action that can change how other people perceive you. Most people expect conflict but are often shocked when the person deals with situations calmly and concisely. It will make you stand out from the crowd in a positive way and improve your relationships.
Building Confidence:You were born confident and then learnt how not to be. So start building that confidence back up again, it may take time but your future will depend on it.
Building Self Awareness :Changing your focus to the things in life that are positive can change the behaviour of not only you but the people around you as well. Self awareness is known to be the attribute of the top performers in the world.
