Business change is a specialist area and through our consultancy and key note talks we provide the glue that hold your projects together. When change is managed and controlled successfully, projects come in on time, to the costs forecast and to the quality expected. It takes real people skills to make 'shift' happen and we provide the business change specialism that make major projects work.

My Work in Business Change

As Change Specialists, both myself and my business partner have been contracted for many years to work on Transformational Change Projects within large blue chip companies, bringing a fresh approach to any programme we work with. Although not exclusively within Utilities and Government organisations our role is to take projects from inception to completion, using various methodologies. My Work as a Speaker

As Treasurer of the North East Professional Speakers Association I deliver talks to both businesses and educational groups and am also happy to put you in touch with fellow speakers as well.
We are a successful group of diverse speakers within a variety of different fields of expertise. My own talks include ‘Walk On The Grass’ and ‘Communicating With Martians.
